一般民眾很輕易就能在藥局（房）自行購買到「指示用藥」及「成藥」，而部分這些藥物中卻含有運動禁藥的成分，尤其是大多數市面上販售的感冒藥中含運動員禁用之興奮劑 (如咖啡因、甲基麻黃鹼等) 的比例相當高，選手在賽期若自行購買感冒藥，則容易誤用運動禁藥而遭受處罰。本研究針對國內所有之成藥及醫師指示用藥作一調查，整理出含運動禁藥興奮劑成分之市售藥品，並將資料鍵入資料庫，置於可供查詢的網路系統。結果顯示市售藥品中含運動禁藥之興奮劑成分共有十七種，包括：用於支氣管氣喘、支氣管炎和肺氣腫症狀的bambuterol、formoterol、methoxyphenamine、salbutamol、salmeterol、terbutaline；用於支氣管擴張，可緩解鼻粘膜充血的ephedrine；用於循環不全或虛脫的etilefrine；用於支氣管擴張及一般感冒症狀緩解的methylephedrine；用於過動兒症候群及發作性嗜睡症的methylphenidate；用於中毒、麻醉及室息之催醒的nikethamide；用於血管收縮而升血壓的phenylephrine；用於一般感冒症及及脂肪積蓄過多所引起之肥胖症的phenylpropanolamine；用於使鼻黏膜血管之收縮作用增加，緩解鼻腔或耳咽管充血之現象及輕度高血壓的pseudoephedrine；用於巴金森病症之輔助治療劑的selegiline；用於急慢性胃腸障礙的strychnine以及caffeine。caffeine用途較廣，用於消除疲勞、預防或緩解動暈症、小兒中毒所引起之痙攣、心臟及呼吸衰竭、血管性頭痛、男性激素缺乏症、女性荷爾蒙缺乏、增加體力維護肝臟正常功能或虛弱者、解熱陣痛及治療感冒症狀。本論文之資料並已建構於網站上 (網址為http://192.83.181.227/doping)，提供運動員、教練及相關人員檢索，避免運動員誤用運動禁藥。

People can buy over the counter medicines in drug store or pharmacy easily. Some of the medicines which be used for cold or flu contain stimulants. The stimulants such as caffeine and methylephedrine were banned by the International Olympic Committee. If athletes take these medicines, they may violate the rule of the International Olympic Committee. The purposes of this thesis were to investigate the over the counter medicine containing doping stimulants in Taiwan area as well as establish these data to a databank and a website. The results showed that there were 17 stimulants over the counter, including bambuterol, caffeine, ephedrine, etilefrine, formoterol, methoxyphenamine, methylphenidate, methylephedrine, nikethamide, phenylephrine, phenylpropanolamine, pseudoephedrine,salbutamol, salmeterol, selegiline, strychnine and terbutaline. The detail information of all of these medicines will be discussed in this thesis and can be searched from the website of http://192.83.181.227/doping. This result can provide more information to athletes and avoid them misuse careless.
