國小六年級學童投擲技巧認知概念
與動作型式對投擲距離之影響
摘要
好的投擲動作不只是上肢力量的呈現,更是個體結合身心及身體協調性的統整表現,投擲亦是人類動作發展當中很重要的參考指標。本研究的目的是採取擲遠距離探討國小六年級學童投擲技巧認知概念與投擲動作型式的相關及差異性。實驗對象為台中縣高美國小六年級學生共102人(男童45人、女童57人),並以單手肩上用力投擲認知測驗試卷及單手肩上用力投擲動作發展順序表作為施測依據,所得資料以皮爾森積差相關、t考驗檢定(α=.05)及直線迴歸分析。研究結果顯示,國小六年級學童在:1.投擲技巧認知概念的程度上與投擲距離、動作型式表現有正相關。2.投擲距離與動作型式表現有正相關。3.投擲技巧認知概念的程度、投擲距離及動作型式的表現上皆有差異性,且男童表現均較女童好。另外,以投擲技巧認知概念與動作型式兩因素預測投擲距離的迴歸方程式為y=0.217x1+3.029x2-29.847(r2=0.317)。顯示針對學童實施投擲教學或訓練時,除了基本動作技巧的演示外,灌輸正確的投擲技巧認知概念,有助於整體投擲動作技巧成熟度及成績的提昇。

The Influences of the Knowledge of Throw Skills and the Performance of Movement Patterns on Throw Distance of Sixth Grade Students in Elementary School
Abstract
Good throw movement is not only the showing of strength of upper limbs but the individual,s performance integrated body and mind with physical harmony. The goal of this research is to confer with the correlation and the difference between the knowledge of throw skills and the performance of throw movement patterns of sixth grade students in elementary school by means of gauzing long throw distance. The experimental targets are 102 sixth grade students(45 for boys and 57 for girls)of Gao-Mei Elementary School in Taichung County. This experiment stands on the test paper for the knowledge of one-hand over-shoulder throw for force and the developmental sequences for the one-hand over-shoulder throw for force. The data was examined by Pearson product-moment correlation and t-test(α=.05) and analyzed by linear regression. The data reveals the following in sixth grade students in elementary school: 1. The correlation between the knowledge of throw skills and the throw distance as well as movement patterns is positive. 2. The correlation between throw distance and the movement patterns is positive. 3. There are differences in the degrees of knowledge of throw skills, throw distances, and the movement patterns between boys and girls: boys are better than girls. In addition, the regression equation of throw distance forecasted by the factors of the knowledge of skills and the movement patterns is “y=0.217x1+3.029x2-29.847(r2=0.317).”
