隨著Internet與企業間協同合作方式的興起,引發了商業運作模式快速的改變。越來越多商業運作由於協同合作模式之需要而跨越了組織範圍。而現階段,為了自動化、增進效率來減少成本,工作流程技術也被廣泛導入企業內部運作。然而,現今存在的眾多工作流程管理系統均為集中式架構。在眾多工作流程系統之間,它缺乏互相溝通、協同合作能力。在這一論文研究,我們將建構一個新的滿足於眾多工作流程間之協同合作運作的Inter-Workflow系統。我們將提出在眾多工作流程系統間之滿足協同流程的運作框架(cooperative workflow framework)。
The rise of Internet and cooperation among enterprises has led to rapid changes in business. More and more businesses are forms of cooperation across organizational boundaries. At the same time, workflow technologies have been introduced in enterprises for the purpose of automation and improvement to reduce the cost. However, many Workflow Management Systems (WFMS) can support the centralized architecture only. They lack cooperative capability among different WFMSs. In this thesis, we will construct a new inter-workflow system satisfying cooperation among different workflow processes. We will present a cooperative workflow framework for specifying processes cooperation between different WFMSs.
