本研究主要目的在探討腦性麻痺兒童學前轉銜需求、轉銜服務及其對學校生活適應的影響。研究樣本計有一百三十三位。研究首先編製四種量表以收集腦性麻痺兒童樣本的資料。實證分析使用之統計方法,包含單因子多變項變異數分析、單因子重複量數變異數分析、最適尺度類別回歸分析、集群分析、卡方考驗、區別分析、因果模式驗證分析等方法。
針對本研究實證分析之結果與討論,歸納出結果如下:
一、目前腦性麻痺兒童學前轉銜需求頗高,但提供之服務則遠不如需求。
二、影響學前轉銜需求之主要因素有身體狀況、輔具使用、就讀班級、治療模式、區域、生活協助者。
三、影響學前轉銜服務之主要因素有輔具使用、就讀班級、下肢張力、上下肢動作受張力影響的程度、合併障礙、醫藥處理、學前安置型態、理解力、無障礙環境設施、生活協助者、區域、城鄉等因素。
四、學前轉銜需求、與學前轉銜服務之有效預測因素為上肢張力、上下肢動作受張力影響的程度、理解力、教師教學年資、學前安置型態。
五、腦性麻痺兒童對於各種轉銜需求是有差異的,以對學校及教育單位整合父母的轉銜需求最高。
六、腦性麻痺兒童獲得各種轉銜服務的程度是有差異的,目前以相關專業提供的垂直服務程度最多,教育單位整合相關專業於轉銜服務業務的程度最低。
七、學前轉銜需求服務可分為三大類型:高需求中等服務、高需求低服務、中等需求低服務。
八、生活適應六個量表可以有效區分不同班級的腦性麻痺兒童。其正確預測力為73.7%。
九、學前轉銜需求與目前的轉銜服務對國小生活適應之影響不大。
The purpose of this study was to explore the related factors of transition needs, transition services and the effect on elementary school adaptation. The sample of this study consisted of 133 children with cerebral palsy. There were four scales developed to collect data. The statistic methods used to analyze the data comprised of one-way analysis of variance, one-way repeated measure analysis of variance, catergorical regression, cluster analysis, Chi-square test, discriminant analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM).
The results of this study were listed as followings.
1. The children with cerebral palsy in preshool needed very highly the transition services, but transition services for them were insufficient.
2. The transition needs were significant differences among different physical condition, different using assisted technology, different type of school class, the different model of treatment, different local area, different school life assistants.
3. The transition services were significant differences between different using assisted technology, different type of school classes, the different muscle tone on the upper extremity, the different influence of motor performance on the upper extremity and the lower extremity, different combination of handicap, different medical treatment, the different placement of preshool, different comprehension ability, different non-restricted environment, different school life assistants, different locality, and different urbanity.
4. Transition needs and transition services could be predicted significantly by the muscle tone on the upper extremity, the influence of motor performance on the upper extremity and the lower extremity, comprehension ability, and year served.
5. The children with cerebral palsy needed different levels of the transition services. The highest need was for the transition service of school and educational bureau to integrate parents.
6. The level of transition services for the children with cerebral palsy was significantly different. The vertical service of related service of special education was higher than other transition services. The level of transition service on education bureau to integrate the related service of special education was the lowest.
7. There were three types of transition needs and services, including high need vs moderate service, high need vs low service, and moderate need vs low service.
8. The six subscales of the elementary school adaptation could discriminate the children with cerebral palsy on special class or not. The correct proportion was 73.7%.
9. The transition needs and transition service at present had no significant effect on the elementary school adaptation.
