本文乃針對泌乳牛飼糧中添加不同來源及不同含量之油脂,對其所乳中共軛亞麻油酸(Conjugated Linoleic Acid:CLA)含量之影響進行研究。本研究包括二個試驗:試驗一、選取產乳性能及胎次相近體重約500公斤之泌乳牛32頭,逢機區分為四組,每組8頭、放置個別欄飼養,分別給飼TMR,其精料(佔TMR的39.5%)中分別添加3%牛油、黃豆油、葵花籽油或紅花籽油等四處理,每日搾乳二次並記錄其產乳量,每二週固定時間採取生乳樣品一次,分析其乳中脂肪、蛋白質、乳糖、無脂固形物及共軛亞麻油酸之含量,試驗期間共四週。試驗二、試驗組分別為 (一)對照組;(二)添加1.5%葵花籽油組;(三)添加3.0%葵花籽油組;(四)添加 4.5%葵花籽油組,其他試驗材料、方法及試驗期間均同試驗一。  
試驗結果得知,泌乳牛飼糧中添加牛油、黃豆油、葵花籽油及紅花籽油等油脂,對乳量、脂肪校正乳量及乳組成,並無顯著差異(P>0.05),顯示添加不同油脂於泌乳牛飼糧中並不影響泌乳成績。而其乳脂中共軛亞麻油酸含量依序為8.45、12.6、14.5及15.5 mg/g fat,此顯示添加植物油之三組含量顯著較添加牛油者為高(P<0.05)。又於泌乳牛飼糧中添加0%葵花籽油、1.5%葵花籽油、3.0%葵花籽油及4.5%葵花籽油之試驗中亦顯示,對其產乳量、脂肪校正乳量及乳組成無顯著差異(P>0.05),並顯示添加不同含量之葵花籽油於泌乳牛飼糧中並不影響泌乳之成績。而其乳脂中共軛亞麻油酸含量依序為8.15、10.4、11.8及15.1 mg/g fat,此顯示乳脂中共軛亞麻油酸含量隨葵花籽油含量提高而增加。由本研究結果得知泌乳牛可藉由飼糧中油脂之調整,來提升乳中共軛亞麻油酸之含量。
