本文是利用統計能量法之理論,並利用功率輸入法(PIM)測定L 型鋼板及FRP L型複合材料板件結構之內損失因子與耦合損失因子之參數,並經由實驗與理論比較得知SEA之準確度。利用PIM之方式實際量測車輛主要板件結構內損失因子與耦合損失因子之參數,應用於車輛在不同轉速及不同駕駛運轉情況下(靜態、動態)振動噪音試驗,且透過AutoSEA模擬軟體之模擬與實驗值相互比較,實驗的結果與模擬結果吻合度很高。
應用統計能量法來預估車輛結構振動噪音傳遞,對於生產完成之車輛振動噪音之測試,不但可以節省試驗時間,並且提高產業之競爭力。
In this report, we use "Statistical Energy Analysis Theory (SEA)" and the application of "Power Injection Method (PIM)" to measure the Internal Loss Factor and Coupling Loss Factor for both steel and FRP composite material of L plank structure. The comparison between experiments and predictions show that the accuracy of SEA, and then we use the PIM to measure the both factors of car in the situation of different rotational rate and driving conditions. Then we get another experiment about vibration of car structure and noise transmission to fit the simulation results of AutoSEA.
