論文提要內容：
轉型是一種創造性的毀滅，它是革命與創新,而非演進性、慣性或連續性。在全球化的潮流衝擊之下，台灣模具工業已面臨危急存亡之秋，且不轉型無以為生的關鍵時刻。 本研究採用深度訪談取得資料，並採蔡進丁教授所著之十字管理法為訪談及分析之架構，針對理念、環境、實力、策略、及執控等五大元素來進行分析。本研究重要結論如下：台灣模具產業今日之困境源於理念、環境、實力、策略、及執控等五大因素，因此必須從理念、環境、實力、策略、及執控等五大面向大力調整才能繼續生存發展。

Abstract:
Facing the impact of globalization on the firms of Taiwan mold industry, it’s a crucial time for them to implement transformation strategy in order to survive and keep competitive advantages. Transformation means a kind of creative destruction； it’s a revolution and innovation, not consistency or continuity.
This research uses depth interview method and designs questionnaire based on the theory of MERSI Management Skills developed by professor Tsai Jin- ding.
This research shows the following conclusions：
In general, the firms in Taiwan mold industry are facing the existing difficulties or problems：mind, ecosystem, resources, strategy& implementation. How to transform this crisis？The author suggests adjusting strategies based on MERSI Management Skill’s five elements is likely to succeed.
