For the era of globalization, in which the trend is to stress the speed of economy, Enterprise information system plays an important role. And Enterprise Resource Planning currently focuses on the central cord of world-class information management; followed by the trend of e-business, the demand continues to increase. Thus, successful implementation of enterprise resource planning has significant effect on the enterprise.
This research uses proofs which have successfully lead in the case of foreign and local information electronic enterprise as the research objective, through leading in ERP critical factor theory, literature review both domestic and foreign, and questionnaires of the case companies and interviews has analyzed the differences, which has led in ERP critical success factors of both foreign and local information electronic enterprise. This research by the principle component analysis method of descriptive statistic and factor analysis, to proceed with analysis for the effective of recycle sample data, hopefully through the probing of this research, to provide a more complete ERP system of successful guidance for the enterprise circle or academic circle, as a reference for the related enterprise during leading in ERP later on.
