由於台灣網際網路發展的迅速與經濟持續不斷的發展,國民的生活水準也相對提升,民眾對使用電腦上網的時間也日益增加,因此民眾在這琳瑯滿目的消費市場中利用網路來選擇自己所需的商品與服務變得日益頻繁,在以顧客為導向的時代,如何能協助消費者在有限的物力與多重需求的環境下,選擇所需的產品及服務並能完成高滿意之評選,己成為一關鍵的課題本研究針對消費者的需求,蒐集相關方面的資訊,並運用模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process;Fuzzy AHP)之常態模糊數(Gaussian Fuzzy Numbers),將分析出之決策資訊提供給消費者做為參考讓民眾在評選時多一個選擇,並以提高銷售服務市場的成效。
綜觀大多數模糊理論相關的論文、文章,就筆者所知大多數只針對三角模糊數來使用及說明,對於以指數型或常態型的歸屬函數(Membership function)來做為分析的文章卻相當的少。因此本研究利用常態模糊數的方法來探討消費者評選問題之研究分析,並在論文中與以三角模糊數所做的決策結果做比較與分析。
