隨著網際網路的蓬勃發展,頻寬管理與認證機制的重要性也隨之不斷的提高,主要的原因有二,許多的網路使用者因為無法被辨識而導致了管理上的困難,以及不同的封包種類不具備應有的優先權使得頻寬無法被適當的分配。本文提出一個結合頻寬管理與認證機制的分散式架構。首先利用IEEE 802.1x的認證機制使得每個區域網路的使用者都可以被辨識,便可以利用現有的snooper伺服器去區分各使用者的使用方式來給予網路權限的等級,再配合頻寬管理器來管理不同網路權限等級的使用者所使用的頻寬,讓比較重要的網路用途能夠充分的分配到頻寬而不至於被其他優先權較低的網路用途所佔據。並採取分散式的架構來降低成本,增加效率,而且更具彈性,針對不同的需求和情況能容易的進行修正。
As the quickly developing of internet .Bandwidth management and authentication method are more and more important. There are two reasons, many network user can not be identified when they using network to make the difficulty of management. Packets do not have suitable priority depend on the content of packet making the network bandwidth can not be distributed well. In this thesis, we propose a distribution architecture to combine bandwidth management and authentication method. First we use IEEE 802.1x authentication method to let every user can be identified when they using network, then give different user a different class level by what kind of network service they used. So that the bandwidth management box which we propose can management bandwidth depend on the user’s class. This make kinds of network service which we think more important can use more bandwidth. The distribution architecture makes the cost lower and higher efficiency and more scalable. Can be easily fixed when in different requirement and situation .
