正交分頻多工(OFDM)傳輸技術已被廣泛應用在各無線通訊系統,OFDM比一般的多載波傳輸系統更能有效的提高頻譜的使用率、解決通訊系統中的符元干擾現象和對抗多路徑衰減等問題。但在無線傳輸通道特性的變化可能隨不同的時間、環境改變,因此針對次載波之通道衰減特性最好有一次載波分配方法搭配不同的適應性調變模式去適應通道同調時間和衰減特性,使大部分的功率集中在通道衰減小的頻率範圍內。探討的重點在於利用適應性的技術針對舊有固定的通訊系統作改良,故我們將提出一增加頻譜使用效率且符合系統服務品質之演算法,進而改善既有的系統效能並比較之,我們的流程圖亦可應用在混和資料和語音傳輸的多媒體通訊上,使無線通訊的發展能更具強健性,更符合大眾的需求。
Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) has been widely applied to several mobile radio communication systems. OFDM technique is an effective transmission scheme to cope with many channel impairments compared to other multi-carrier communication systems. For example, it offers better performance under multi-path fading channels, yielding higher spectral efficiency and may reduce the effects of inter-symbol interference (ISI). However, the characteristics of wireless transmission channels may vary according time and environment. Thus, it is possible to use a sub-carrier allocation scheme that can adapt to different range of channel coherence time and fading characteristic. The idea is to concentrate the signal power on the frequency range of less fading. The argumentation’s weight-bearing point is to improve the old and fixed communication systems by adaptive technique. In this study, we have proposed an algorithm that can increase spectrum efficiency and conform to system Quality of Service. The simulation results show that our algorithm has really improved the system performances. Our algorithm can also be applied to mixed data and speech transmission in multimedia communications which will make mobile communications more robust and closer to the public demand.
