供應鏈管理資訊系統的發展,對於協助企業達成全球化的目標有著非常大的幫助,因為企業透過此系統,可以加強與上下游廠商的夥伴關係以及縮短交訂貨的時間、有效降低商品的成本和提高顧客的滿意度。隨著具有供應鏈整合特性的電子市集的蓬勃發展,降低了廠商開發此系統的成本以及加速了建立產業共同的使用標準,此種趨勢已經成為未來供應鏈管理系統的發展方向。
本研究將提出完整的供應鍊型電子市集架構,並且利用軟體代理人來達成供應鏈型電子市集所應該具備的功能,包括資料分享、供應關係的協同運作、個人化及策略的定訂、流程的自動化、高度的交易安全性、以及仲裁能力的具備等。並且應用物件導向分析與設計中的UML視覺化的方法來分析設計供應鏈型的電子市集,並針對電子市集中的功能做分析與歸類,協助企業利用快速發展的資訊科技來發展具有供應鏈整合功能的電子市集,以提昇整體產業的競爭力。
Supply chain management systems are helpful for enterprises to achieve the goal of a global tactic. With such systems, enterprises can enhance the relationships with their vendors, reduce the time to order goods, decrease the cost to process goods, and increase the contents of their customers. At he same time, the e-Marketplace that includes supply chain characteristics has also grown very fast, and hence the cost of its development is largely reduced and the standard of its industry has been significantly enhanced. This tendency has also become an important factor of the rapid growth of supply chain management systems.
Regarding to the context of supply chain, this research will focus first on a study on the architecture of supply chain where the techniques of intelligent agent will be used to support all required functions for supply chain, including for instance data sharing, cooperation between buyers and suppliers, individuals and tactics, automatic work flow, transaction security, and dispute processing. Then, a study on the use of UML techniques for analysis and design of a supply chain e-marketplace will be conducted. With an enhanced architecture, the analysis and design work will be expected to complete in a short time frame that helps enterprises develop such a system more quickly.
