論文提要內容:
邁入21世紀知識經濟時代,組織最重要的資產是人與組織知識。由於知識的「報酬遞增」效應,使得知識密集型產業能夠迅速脫潁而出並且維持競爭優勢。在眾多以知識為生產基礎與競爭優勢來源的產業中,管理顧問公司便是典型的例子。
然而由於管理顧問公司裡的線上知識分享社群,一方面成員的知識大多為內隱知識;二方面因為不願意開放地提供寶貴知識、報酬、信任、人際關係等社會因素,使得成員在分享知識上存在障礙。所以本研究提出點對點知識分享社群架構,並在這之上設計同儕推薦機制,如此期望能促進知識分享社群成員彼此順利地分享知識,幫助成員快速找到合適的專家,解決問題。
第一階段為相關文獻探討,並整理出聲譽、社會關係、互惠作為本研究知識分享社會基礎建設所考慮的三項構面。第二階段發展整個研究架構及設計推薦機制。第三階段進行實作與模擬驗證,本研究首先利用問卷方式實地調查顧問取得範例資料,之後再以類神經網路工具建構預測模型。建構好類神經網路之後,在真正點對點的環境下,於JXTA平台上實作整個推薦機制。最後所建構的類神經網路之測試結果顯示收斂情況良好,且預測品質高,表示了本研究採用類神經網路的方法可行。而本研究所實作推薦機制的程式之測試結果,則當peer數越多的時候,所設定的timeout等待時間相對的需要增加,如此才能得到較佳的推薦品質。
ABSTRACT:
In the 21st century, called Knowledge-Based Economy Age, two of the most important assets of organization are people and organization knowledge. Because of the phenomena of increasing returns, Knowledge-Based industry can stand out quickly and keep competitive advantage. In many industries, whose productive basis and source of competitive advantage are knowledge, the management consulting industry is one typical example.
However, as a result of some problems in the virtual knowledge sharing community of management consulting company, there are barriers to share knowledge between members. On the one hand the member’s knowledge is for the most part of tacit knowledge, and on the other hand some social factors influence members to share knowledge such as unwilling to offer his own knowledge publicly, rewards, trust and social relations.
Therefore, this study proposes a P2P Knowledge Sharing Community framework, and designs Peer Recommendation Mechanism on it. We hope that this work can help members to find suitable experts to solve problems fast, and improve successful sharing of knowledge between members in the knowledge sharing community.
In this paper, we do some literature reviews first and come up with three dimensions─reputation, social relations, reciprocity as the considerable elements in the “Knowledge Sharing Social Infrastructure” of this study. Second we develop the framework and recommendation mechanism, and then implementing and testing the recommendation mechanism. This study uses a questionnaire to obtain real data from consultants, and then uses the data and neural network tool to train and test two neural networks. After that we implement the recommendation mechanism on JXTA platform so as to fit in with true peer to peer environment. Finally we evaluate the outcomes and draw conclusions. The outcomes of testing two neural networks show good convergence and high prediction quality. It means that neural network technology can work well in this study. And the outcomes of testing our prototypical program named “mentalfilter” show that the more number of peer there are, the more waiting time we need to set if we want to get better quality of it’s recommendation.
