本篇論文探討雙模表面聲波濾波器之散射特性與聲場分佈模式。雙模表面聲波濾波器大致分為1-2模型式及1-3模型式兩種,1-2模型式是由輸出入叉指換能器及反射柵欄所組成,其會激發出第一模態(對稱型式)與第二模態(反對稱型式),並藉由兩模態之耦合來製作一帶通濾波器,而1-3模型式則是由三組出指換能器及反射柵欄所構成,且利用第一模態與第三模態之結合來達到帶通之效果。在本論文中運用傳輸矩陣法計算出元件之頻率響應及結構內之聲場,計算出元件內之聲場即可繪出結構之聲場分佈圖來說明元件的聲場模式,且觀察改變輸出入叉指換能器之距離對聲場模式及插入損耗之影響。最後利用程式選定最佳的輸出入叉指換能器之距離、反射柵欄之長度與叉指換能器之對數。
