由於目前國家經濟建設發展迅速,各項工程施工均相繼展開,儲存各類石油、瓦斯等之氣體、液體儲槽,經歷多次地震過後,不僅可能產生裂縫,更有甚者發生傾覆,基本上儲槽可能因地震、暴雨、風化等自然因素而產生破壞,一般儲槽破壞發生前會有位移、傾斜或沈陷等明確可量測之外部形體資料,傳統測量方法以精密水準測量、三角三邊測量及物理量測等之監測方式進行資料收集,由於無法直接取得全面即時的三維資料,使數據取得與分析增加難度,本文採用3D雷射掃描技術結合GPS衛星測量與精密水準測量,對油槽進行結構物全面且連續性掃描,取得其外部結構上精密的點雲坐標,進行變形分析,此法在國內油槽監測上尚屬先例,其可突破傳統測量油槽外部結構資料收集的不足,並在測繪的領域上另闢一新的方向。
Through the rapid development of national economic construction at the present time, a variety of projects have been started in succession. Liquid Gas and petroleum store at tanks, which came out cracks and inclination after several earthquakes. As the matter of fact, storage might be destroyed by natural factors such as earthquake, storm and weathering. Some definite and exterior model-data taken as moving, inclination and sinking can be measured before the oil storage was encroached by the natural factors. In traditional surveying engineering, some of methods can get data in construction monitoring just like precise leveling, triangulation and trilateration. It is getting more and more difficult to acquire data and analysis due to the disability of getting 3D data at the real time. The main purpose of the study is aimed at 3D laser scanner technique, which is integrated with GPS surveying and precise leveling, and in turn by using it to scan the whole oil storage continuity in order to get the precise pointcloud coordinates on its exterior structure and deformation analysis will be taken into progress completely. The method, which this study has adopted with, is a pioneer on oil storage monitoring. The result of this study can break through the insufficiency of collecting data while doing traditional surveying exterior structure oil storage, and keep working to the new surveying era.
