地盤頻率對評估強震時地表運動及震災分佈,有重要參考價值,本文利用強震及微震記錄,來進行分析推估地盤頻率,微震部分,由故宮南部分院場址所量測之記錄,應用隨機遞減法(Random Decrement Method)及單站頻譜比法(H/V Ratio Method),進行頻譜分析,以推估地盤頻率;強震部分,則由中央氣象局的建築物強震監測系統所量測到之實測地震記錄,選擇分佈在軟弱、中等及堅硬地盤上之9棟建築物來做分析。首先應用SRIM (System Realization Using Information Matrix)系統識別方法來識別出建築物之模態頻率,再根據建築物頂樓及基礎記錄,應用各種頻譜分析技巧,區隔出建築物之頻率以識別出地盤的頻率,並由建築物鄰近之自由場記錄,應用隨機遞減法、Nakamura單測點頻譜比法,識別出地盤頻率以驗證上述方法之可信度
To confer the site fundamental frequency has important value for estimating the surface movement of the earth and calamity distribution during strong earthquake. In this thesis, the micro-vibration measurement and strong ground motion records are analyzed to identifying the site frequency. Based on the micro-vibration measurement in the National Palace Museum Southern Branch (NPMSB), the methods of Random Decrement and Nakamura’s HVSR (Horizontal-to-Vertical Spectral Ratio) are applied to estimate the site frequency. Another, nine building located on the soft, medium and firm site are selected to investigate and identify the site frequency according to the earthquake records of Strong Motion Monitoring System of Central Weather Bureau. First, SRIM (System Realization Using Information Matrix) system identification technique is applied to identify the mode frequencies of the buildings. The spectral analyses techniques using earthquake response records from roof and basement of buildings are applied to distinguish the frequencies between structure and site. The methods of Random Decrement and HVSR are applied to identify the site frequency based on the free-field records adjacent to the buildings are discussed.
