本研究是探討利用液相層析質譜儀之電灑游離法正離子模式，來分離偵測二種複方中四種藥材：苦蔘、當歸、知母、甘草中之其指標成分苦蔘鹼、氧化苦蔘鹼、阿魏酸、芒果苷、甘草甜素的定量分析。
研究中實驗所得結果為，苦蔘鹼的線性範圍為50-1500 ng/ml，線性相關係數(R2)為 0.9987，偵測極限為20 ng/ml，氧化苦蔘鹼的線性範圍為50-1500 ng/ml，線性相關係數(R2)為 0.9987，偵測極限為20 ng/ml，阿魏酸的線性範圍為50-1500 ng/ml，線性相關係數(R2)為 0.9977，偵測極限為25 ng/ml，芒果苷的線性範圍為50-2000 ng/ml，線性相關係數(R2)為 0.9975，偵測極限為25 ng/ml，甘草甜素的線性範圍為75-2500 ng/ml，線性相關係數(R2)為 0.9971，偵測極限為50 ng/ml。在複方消風散之含量測定方面，苦蔘鹼的含量分佈由198.5至503.6 g/g，氧化苦蔘鹼的含量分佈由84.6至315.8 g/g，阿魏酸的含量分佈由80.8至217.9 g/g，芒果苷的含量分佈由97.4至113.8 g/g，甘草甜素的含量分佈由75.2至109.4 g/g；當歸拈痛湯的含量測定方面，苦蔘鹼的含量分佈由103.7至215.2 g/g，氧化苦蔘鹼的含量分佈由81.9至127.3 g/g，阿魏酸的含量分佈由79.6至90.1 g/g，芒果苷的含量分佈由77.4至93.7 g/g，甘草甜素的含量分佈由137.5至180.6 g/g。
