隨著經濟環境與產業結構的改變,企業的獲利空間已逐漸緊縮,彼此之間的競爭亦更加激烈。面對如此變化萬千的環境,一家成功的企業除需具備優良的團隊和正確的決策外,更重要的是需有效整合企業內部資源,以更短的生產週期快速回應顧客的交期,滿足顧客多樣化的需求。
當企業面臨單一廠產能不足時,便可能需要其他區域的製造廠或將部份訂單外包給其他製造廠協助生產,因此,如何將顧客訂單分派給各個製造廠生產的問題,就顯得格外重要。
在本研究中,將針對跨廠區製造廠在全面訂單管理的情況下,探討在一健全的訂單管理制度下,對於製造廠的跨廠區訂單分派模式進行研究,建立一個考慮到多製造廠在接收大量訂單時,如何依據產品的市場銷售特性、訂單交期、各廠的產能負荷、訂單利潤等交叉複雜的關係,建立一跨廠區整合型之訂單分派的決策模式。
本研究利用線性規劃建立一訂單分派數學模式,探討跨廠區之訂單分派問題,並以總成本和總完工時間最小為評估準則。導入傳統派工方式EDD、SPT和LPT,做為訂單分派至製造廠生產的法則,以決定訂單的最佳配置,並利用eM-plant模擬該模式,將其結果進行比較分析,以驗證本模式之可行性。
As economic environment and industrial structure changing rapidly, the frequency of product demands increase immensely too. To accomplish the great amount of orders, industries have to expand their plants accordingly, integrate the internal resources, or integrate with others to meet the demands from the customers. As a result, the multi-site production planning is ultimately required.
When a company receives large quantity of orders, the most important issue is to satisfy the requirement under the limit of production resource. At the same time, how to allocate orders between multi-sites and how to make sure the allocation can gain more profit become a very important topic for a company which has more than one site.
This research focuses on the order allocation issue. As the company may manufacture different products in planning phase, this study proposes mathematic programming and construct the strategic model for orders allocation with imitate of the combination of capacity constraint, minimum cost, and complex orders.
The objective of this math programming is to minimize the total cost which includes operation cost, setup cost, transportation cost and the penalty cost of order delay. A proposed strategic decision model will incorporate with the traditional dispatching rules, EDD, SPT and LPT, these rules are used to dispatch the job orders for two stages of production planning. Finally, this study will evaluate the performance of this programming model based upon these three dispatching rules and the optimal one will be verified.
