  隨著環境快速的變遷,企業與企業間的流程不再獨立,而是串連彼此流程成為所謂的供應鏈,所以許多企業正積極推動產業的整合。經由文獻也證實組織因素、科技因素、協同能力與作業能力組織與供應鏈績效間之相關性,是故企業應如何調整運用這些執行要素打造出具績效的供應鏈,一直是學術界與實務界看重且致力研究的課題。
  首先針對在供應鏈績效與組織因素、科技因素、協同合作能力、作業能力等構面間的關係及這些構面的互動關係上做相關的文獻探討後,對上述構面以個案研究法,選取台灣的高科技業與傳統製造業中具代表性企業為研究對象,配合深度訪談做探索性之研究,並以內容分析法做為分析資料的工具。除了探討企業之組織因素、科技因素、協同合作能力及作業能力等構面下影響供應鏈績效之實際內涵及其間的互動關係外,並描述傳統製造業與高科技業在不同的供應鏈特性及產業發展型態下,在四個構面中所出現的差異。
  研究結果顯示在組織因素、科技因素、協同能力與作業能力四個構面中,比例佔最重的為組織因素及協同能力,其次則是科技因素與作業能力。而四個構面間不僅存在著雙向互動的關係,更有著強弱之分。最後在傳統製造業與高科技業的分析上,發現產業間在推動供應鏈時的大方向並無太大的差異,但企業仍須再制定策略時,將企業之需求及產業特色等因素加以考量,如此才能訂定出適用之供應鏈推動方向及提升計畫。
