  近年來,社會資本的相關議題在管理學界被廣泛地討論。然其研究範圍多侷限在組織之社會資本對組織績效的影響議題上;而對於組織員工之個人社會資本的影響程度則有待更進一步地研究。因此,本研究之目的在瞭解組織員工之社會資本對其工作績效之影響,並探討員工之社會資本在個人因素之人格特質與工作價值觀上對工作績效所扮演的角色。
  本研究透過問卷調查收集資料,共回收110份有效問卷,並進一步以統計分析,包括:因素分析、多元迴歸分析、典型相關分析以及變異數分析。研究結果如下:(1)擁有高社會資本的員工對其工作績效會有較佳的表現;(2)員工社會資本對工作績效的影響程度大於員工之人格特質與工作價值觀;(3)員工社會資本程度與適當的人格特質、工作價值觀的搭配,可以有效促進工作績效的提升。
  Recently, the issue of social capital has been popularly discussed around management science. However, the scope of research is limited to the impacts of organizational social capital on organizational performance. How workers’ social capital influence job performance is subject to further studies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts and role of workers’ social capital on job performance and the workers’ factors of personality traits and values.  
  This study adopted questionnaire survey to obtain data. One hundred and ten valid questionnaires are used for statistical analysis, including factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, canonical correlation analysis, and analysis of variance. The study concluded the following results: (1) workers possess high social capital lead to high job performance; (2) workers’ social capital have more significant effect on job performance than personality traits and work values; (3) the fitness of workers’ social capital among personality traits and work values have effective promotion on job performance.
