DeLone & McLean兩位學者所提出的資訊系統成功模式,雖然已經被廣泛的運用在許多不同種類的資訊系統上,然而將其運用在電子商務網站的相關研究卻不多。本研究以DeLone & McLean兩位學者在2003年所提出的「更新版資訊系統成功模式」為基礎,將其模式的概念延伸到電子商務的環境,針對電子商務的特性稍作修正,發展出「電子商務網站成功模式」,並對模式進行驗證。
本研究以問卷調查的方式訪問具有網路購物經驗的消費者,蒐集結果共計有效樣本203份。資料分析以結構方程式(Structural Equation Modeling;SEM)為主要驗證模式的方法,驗證的結果發現電子商務網站成功模式確實存在,且模式對於各變數間的關係及影響程度都有不錯的解釋能力。此外,變異數分析的結果也發現不同特徵的消費者彼此之間的差異是存在的。本研究研究結果可作為實務上評估網站績效的基礎。
DeLone and McLean’s model of information systems success has been tested by many researchers on many different kinds of information systems, however, few of them provided the empirical test in the electronic commerce (EC) Web site context. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a model of EC Web site success, based on the updated DeLone and McLean’s model of information systems success proposed in 2003, and also to conduct the empirical test.
This study is conducted by questionnaire survey, and 203 valid questionnaires were collected. By using structure equation modeling (SEM), the EC Web site success model was mostly supported by the data, and the relationship between constructs are tested to be significant with acceptable explanation power (R2). Besides, the result of ANOVA also shows the differences between different customers are significant. The result of this study can become the basis to evaluate the performance of EC web sites.
