有效提升產銷系統整體效率及整合外部環境,建立知識基礎的留存、分析與應用邏輯化流程,以作為決策及運作的依據,已經成為現代企業提升競爭力的必要作法。然而,如何將流程與企業決策結合,並且融入生產製造知識,仍有許多值得思考的地方。本研究以此為重點,利用流程技巧與邏輯分析,發展出一個系統化程序,應用於排程管理系統設計。研究首先針對企業導入電子化作業可能觸及的資訊系統建構過程的內部交互功能需求及其困難,提出一個方法論的觀念。然後藉由各種基本流程技巧、邏輯符號以及結構性程序的前瞻性設計,作為排程管理系統規劃的依據。最後配合個案導入,測試並發展出符合實際運作的排程管理資訊系統。實際應用測試績效顯示,本研究所建立的方法論,有助於整體排程資訊系統的規劃。

For promoting the efficiency of the production/marking systems and conformiting external environment, an enterprise must establish its knowledge foundation and apply the logic process on the basis of decision-making and operation. This work develops a systematic procedure for scheduling management systems by using process techniques and flowcharting tools with logical analysis. The primary purpose of the proposed methodology focuses on disentangling the difficulty of information systems introduction within internal functional interactions while introducing electronic operations. Various rudimentary process techniques and logical symbols with a structured innovative procedure followed by information systems design are then conducted to delineate the scheduling management systems. A realistic machinery manufacturer is selected to implement the methodology and the systems. The implementation results demonstrate that the methodology in systems design performance as a whole is significant.
