決策支援系統(DSS)自從1980年代之後逐漸地受到重視,不論國內外的企業對於DSS的使用都日益增加,逐漸在企業中扮演重要的角色。本研究為了探討DSS成功因素,彙整相關文獻建立研究架構,並透過問卷調查分析以驗證DSS成功的因素。本研究經多元迴歸分析結果發現,DSS的系統品質、DSS的資訊品質、DSS的系統介面、DSS的使用情境、組織環境對於DSS成功都有顯著的影響,即顯示五個構面為影響DSS成功的因素。分析的結果,五個構面中,DSS的資訊品質對於DSS成功具有較大的影響;組織環境對DSS成功的影響較小。本研究結果可以提供組織導入DSS之參考,以提升企業使用DSS成功的機會。

Since 1980s Decision Support System (DSS) have been regarded. No matter domestic or overseas, there are more and more enterprises are using DSS. We can see the DSS have playing an important role in business. In order to investigate DSS succeed factors, this thesis ategorizes relational literature to build research framework, and analyzes the questionnaire to proof the developed DSS successful factors. The researches analyze by multiple regression method. We found that System Quality, Information Quality, System Interface, Use Situation, and organization environment have strongly and significantly affected the success of the DSS. In other words, the five dimensions are successful factors. Through the result of analysis, we found that Information Quality of DSS is more influential, Organziation Environment is less influential for success on DSS. This thesis can be offer to organizations for reference to lead DSS and to rise the opportunity of using DSS successfully.
