本研究旨在探討阿德勒學派遊戲治療團體對「退縮—被拒絕」兒童自卑感、生活型態、社會興趣與同儕接納之立即與追蹤輔導效果。
本研究採等組前後測實驗設計，係以台南市忠義國小三、四年級學生為樣本，分別實施「社交計量評量表」與「班級劇場問卷」，篩選出十二名「退縮—被拒絕」兒童做為研究對象，隨機分派為實驗組和控制組，並在實驗組中加入四名受歡迎兒童，以作為「退縮—被拒絕」成員學習的楷模，使團體得以順利進行。實驗組成員接受每週三次，每次五十分鐘，總共十五次之團體活動。
本研究以「兒童自卑感量表」、「兒童生活型態量表」、「兒童社會興趣量表」、「同儕評等表」為評量工具，所得資料以單因子共變數分析進行統計考驗；並整理歸納成員的回饋資料、團體過程記錄、與成員之同儕、級任老師的訪談等資料，以作為作為研究結果的佐證及輔助。
本研究之主要發現如下：
一、 在立即輔導效果方面：實驗處理後，阿德勒學派遊戲治療團體對「退縮—被拒絕」兒童之自卑感、生活型態(有益社會型、獲取依賴型、支配型、逃避型)、社會興趣未具有立即輔導效果；但對於其同儕接納具立即輔導效果。
二、 在追蹤輔導效果方面：實驗處理四週後，阿德勒學派遊戲治療團體對「退縮—被拒絕」兒童之自卑感、生活型態(獲取依賴型、支配型、逃避型)、社會興趣、同儕接納均未具有追蹤輔導效果，但對於其有益社會型生活型態具有追蹤輔導效果。
三、 由團體成員對團體的回饋可看出成員對於團體活動的安排與團體動力、團體內容等均有相當高的滿意度，且成員大多認為參加團體對自己有正向的影響，顯示十五次的方案介入具有正面意義。
四、 由團體活動歷程記錄，以及研究者於實驗處理結束後對團體成員之級任老師、同儕晤談的資料發現，阿德勒學派遊戲治療團體對於實驗組個別成員具有正向影響。
根據上述發現，本研究提出若干建議，以做為輔導應用與未來研究之參考。

The purpose of the study was to explore the immediate and follow-up counseling effects of Adlerian Group Play Therapy (AGPT) on inferiority feelings, life style, social interest, and peer acceptance of withdrawal-rejected children.
The subjects consisted of 24 withdrawal-rejected children selected by sociomentry method and Class Play Questionnaire in the third and fourth grade at Zhong-Yi Elementary School in Tainan. These children were assigned randomly to experiment group and control group. In further, four welcome children were joined into experimental group to act as models to be followed and so as to make the group process more smooth. The experiment group was treated with 15 sessions of AGPT, three times a week, and 50 minutes for each session.
Instruments for measuring the effects included Children’s Inferiority Feelings Questionnaire, Children’s Life Style Questionnaire, Children’s Social Interest Questionnaire, and Peer Rating Scale. All the data are analyzed by one-way ANCOVA. Furthermore, the feedback of group activities, the results of interviews with peers and teachers in charge of a class, and the records of group reaction process were both used as the proofs and supplements of this research.
The results of this study were listed as follows:
1. In terms of the immediate counseling effects: AGPT didn’t have significant immediate effects on improving the withdrawal-rejected children’s inferiority feelings, life style (its sub-questionnaire of socially useful type, getting type, dominant or ruling type, avoiding type), social interest; In contrast, it have significant immediate effects on advancing their peer acceptance.
2. With regard to the follow-up counseling effects: AGPT didn’t have significant long-term effects on improving the withdrawal-rejected children’s inferiority feelings, life style (its sub-questionnaire of getting type, dominant or ruling type, avoiding type), social interest, and peer acceptance; In contrast, it have significant long-term effects on developing their socially useful type life style.
3. According to the feedbacks from the members, all the members in the group were satisfied with the arrangement of the group activities as well as the group dynamics. And most of the members thought the group had positive effects on them. It showed that the intervention of 15 sessions had positive significance.
4. According to the record of the group process, and the interviews with the teachers and peers, AGPT had positive effects on each member of the experiment group.
In the light of above findings, conclusions and recommendations were offered for counselors and advanced researches.
