摘要

本論文研究旨在將已開發之模具界面溫度量測系統應用於壓鑄機作線上即時量測,以確實掌握壓鑄製程中,模穴內模具溫度的變化,並將量測系統擷取之模具內部溫度數據代入逆向熱傳運算程式計算模具的表面溫度、熱通量與熱傳係數。

此量測與計算性質,一方面可精確地有效掌握模具的溫度變化,以作為模溫機控制模具溫度的依據,同時對壓鑄製程參數中,離型劑噴灑機制進行校正,另一方面可從解析獲得壓鑄製程中,模具界面性質量測之有效起止時間及熱電耦放置之量測位置。

Abstract

The objective of this thesis was to use a real-time measuring system of interface temperature on molds that has already been developed to immediately measure distribution of temperature on molds during die cast process. A set of thermal properties, such as surface temperature, heat flux, and heat transfer coefficient, were estimated by an inverse heat transfer analysis using distribution of temperature recorded from the real-time measuring system.

This character of measuring and counting is both on thermal property known well under distribution of temperature on molds and the right time to start or end measurement. Moreover, the right position to locate thermal couples would be determined through the analysis executed in the study.
