摘要
二行程柴油引擎目前深獲喜愛,但其高污染與耗油的缺點,亦為業界及學術界急于探討的問題,然而如何設計一些機構來改善燃料與空氣的混合、燃燒效率,且不致於損耗能量太大,以產生有效的推進力,更是多年來一直試著突破的課題。本文係以Flow-3D來分析探討活塞凹槽之壓縮行程對往復引擎氣缸內之紊流流場的影響。本計畫使用數值方法來解統御方程式(Governing equations)—連續、動量和能量方程式,進行氣缸內紊流場之探討。
本文針對在引擎壓縮過程,探討壓縮比(CR=3)、不同的活塞位置點與引擎轉速(300 rpm)對引擎氣缸燃燒室內紊流流場之影響與效應。並對氣缸內之擠壓流(squish flow)與漩渦流(swirl flow)之相互影響作進一步的分析。由模擬結果得知,本文採用之數值方法能夠成功預測壓縮行程時,燃燒室內空氣之紊流流場之分佈,即此套軟體可成功模擬引擎流場狀態,並在實驗及模擬得知,四分之一活塞冠形狀的流場表現狀態最好。
ABSTRACT
The diesel engine of two stroke is liked, but their shortcomings such as high pollution, and high consume fuel, which are industrial engineers and the academic community want to probe into the problem, then, how to design some movements that improve the mix of fuel and air, combustion efficiency, can’t go so far as to chew fuel up much, moreover, produce propulsive force with effect be had wanting to break through a topic for study in many years. This project applies the Flow-3D to investigate the influence of swirl and squish motion of the piston bowl on the turbulent flow in a motored engine. In this project, we use numerical analysis to model the turbulent flow field to solve the mass-weighted filtered governing equations involving continuity, momentum and energy equations. Furthermore, we will investigate the flow field in an engine cylinder.
This study investigates the effect of compression ratios, a position of piston and engine speeds (300 rpm) on the turbulent flow in the combustion chamber of a motored engine during compression and expansion strokes. Then we will analyze the interrelation between the squish flow and the swirl in the cylinder.
