取陰乾大點雨杉的葉部以甲醇重覆浸泡二次,浸泡液經減壓濃縮後,得浸泡物經萃取後,利用管柱層析法以梯度沖提法等分離技術作分離純化。
經分離純化後共得三十八個化合物,含六個新化合物,這些化學成分如下分類 :
一. 1個long chain alcohol:
Nonacosanol (1)
二.7個Steroids
Ergosterol peroxide (2) , (24R)-Stigmast-5-en-3ß-yl Acetate (3) , (22E,24S)-Stigmasta-5,22-dien-3ß-yl Acetate (4) , ß-Sitostenone (5) , Stigmast-4,22-dien-3-one (6) , ß-Stiosterol (7) , Stigmasterol (8) ;
三. 4個Apocartenoids :
4,4,7a-Trimethyl-4,5,7,7a-tetrahydro-benzofuran-2,6-dione (9) , Isololiolide (10) , S(+)-Dehydrovomifoliol (11) , Vomifoliol (12)
四. 3個Sesquitepenoid :
(+)-ß-Eudesmol (13) , Trichothecolone (14) , ?Cyperone (15)
五. 5個Flavonoid :
4,2’,4’6’-Tetramethoxychalcone (16) , 2’-Hydroxy- 4,4’,6’- trimethoxy- chalcone(17) , 3’,4’,7-Trihydroxyflavone(18) , (S)-5,7,4’-Trihydroxyflavanone (19) , 3,7,3’,4’-Tetrahydroxyflavanol(20)
六 3個Lignoids :
4,4’,8,8’-Tetrahydroxy-3,3’-dimethoxylignan-9,9’-olide (21) , Cunningharabinoside (22)* , (+)-Episyringaresinol (23)
七. 2個aromatic:
3,4-Dimethoxycinnamic acid (24) , (4-Hydroxyphenethyl)-ß-D-glucopyranoside (25)
八. 5個Diterpenoids
15-Nor-14-oxo-8(17),12-(E)-labdadien-19-oic acid (26) , Phytol (27) , Cunninghanoic acid(28)*, Cunninghadinoic acid(29)*, Cunninghadiglucoside (30)*

* : 新化合物

The whole leaves of Cunninghamia konishii Hay. were extracted with methanol for two times. The combined extracts were concentrated in vacuo to give a residue, which was subjected to chromatography on silica gel with a gradient solvent system.
Thirty eight compounds were isolated and puried. From them, six compound were elucidated as new coupounds. These chemical constituents were classified as follows :
1. Fatty alcohol :
Nonacosanol (1)
2.seven Steroids:
Ergosterol peroxide (2) , (24R)-Stigmast-5-en-3ß-yl Acetate (3) , (22E,24S)-Stigmasta-5,22-dien-3ß-yl Acetate (4) , ß-Sitostenone (5) , Stigmast-4,22-dien-3-one (6) , ß-Stiosterol (7) , Stigmasterol (8) ;
3. four Apocartenoids :
4,4,7a,-Trimethyl-4,5,7,7a-tetrahydrobenzofuran-2,6-dione (9) , Isololiolide (10) , (S)-(+)-Dehydrovomifoliol (11) , Vomifoliol (12)
4. three Sesquitepenoids :
(+)-ß-Eudesmol (13) , Trichothecolone (14) , ?Cyperone (15)
5. five Flavonoids :
