由國立台灣大學所發展的無線奈米生醫系統,其主要組成部份包含體內植入式感測器、區域性監測單位以及遠端遙控伺服器中心。為了達到合理的數據通信量和有意義的決策,區域監測單位必須收集生物醫學的數據並且進行進階診斷。本篇論文描述錯誤改正碼(ECC)技術、生物醫學之信號處理以及系統內所使用之診斷技術。錯誤更正碼基于標準奇偶校驗檢測、漢明編碼以及曼徹斯特編碼技術並將其嵌入於無線通信模組的通信模組中。生物醫學的信號處理和診斷則是以小波分析作為分析基礎。最後,本篇論文將此系統以嵌入式系統--Windows CE實現區域性監測單位。
The wireless nano-bios system developed at National Taiwan University is composed of body implant sensors, a local monitoring unit, and a remote central control server. In order to achieve reasonable data trafficking and meaningful decision-making, the local monitoring unit is required to collect biomedical data and perform some degrees of diagnostics. This thesis describes the error correction code (ECC) technique and the biomedical signal processing and diagnostic technique used in the system. The ECC code is based on the standard parity check, the Hamming coding, and the Manchester coding techniques. The ECC codes are embedded in the communication module that linked to the wireless communication module. The biomedical signal processing and diagnostic is based on the wavelet analysis and the system is realized with a Windows-CE based local monitoring unit.
