  企業知識入口網站是網際網路技術的新興應用之一,也是近年十分熱門的主題。一般而言,企業知識入口網站通常具備以下幾項功能:(1.)整合性、(2.)個人化、(3.)內容分類、(4.)搜尋、(5.)安全性。透過企業知識入口網站,企業組織可以把對知識管理的需求,利用企業知識入口網站加以實現,成為企業取得、運用、與分享知識的來源與中心。
  然而當企業知識入口網站所累積的知識達到一定的規模時,如何幫助使用者能快速又精確的擷取到所需要的知識,存在著相當程度技術上的困難。因此本研究針對企業知識入口網站當中知識媒合的技術提出利用主動式詢問來輔助被動式的查詢;也就是說當使用者在遇到問題時,可以透過一個主動式詢問的介面,就如同與專業的顧問在做諮詢一般,由系統來了解分析使用者的問題,並提供適切的回應。
  我們以具體的實證研究法,開發知識媒合專家系統,而為了要符合功能需求,我們結合了專家系統技術與應用,建置到企業知識入口網站架構當中,利用網頁技術的互動功能,配合專家系統的主動式詢問介面,了解使用者的問題及需求;接著透過推論引擎的鏈結導向配合規則庫的條件指引,分析使用者所遇到的問題,並搜尋、篩選知識庫可能符合的知識;最後將過濾後的知識以文字或文件方式提供使用者建議,完成知識媒合整體流程。
Enterprise information portal (EIP) or knowledge portal (KP) is one of the new ap-plications of Internet technology as well as a hot topic in information industry recently. In general, an EIP normally provides functions such as integration, individualization, contents classification, search, and security. Through the EIP, not only business needs for knowledge management can be satisfied but also the EIP can further become a cen-ter of knowledge acquisition, implementation, and sharing among the joined enterprises.
The research method used in this research is laboratory experiment method. In this research, we first presents an implementation model that integrates expert system tech-nology and knowledge management into enterprise information portals in order to im-prove the efficiency and effectiveness in knowledge matching for both knowledge pro-viders and receivers. We have also built a system prototype based on the implementa-tion model to confirm and demonstrate the feasibility and effect of the model. Major functions provided by the prototype included knowledge matching, knowledge inquiry, knowledge provision, domain expert inquiry, and EIP members.
