旅遊代理商在規劃旅遊產品時,需要許多即時、大量的產品資訊提供才能迅速有效地完成旅遊行程的設計;然而旅遊行程中各相關產品的供給經常是動態變化的,例如航空機位、飯店房間等的提供會因時間點的不同而有所變化。這些問題限制了旅遊產業效率與服務品質的提昇。
為了可以協助旅遊代理商即時擷取及處理這些大量的旅遊產品資訊,提昇旅遊產業的交易效率,本研究提出一個旅遊電子市集的建構方法。此一市集的供應商設定為旅遊行程中各相關產品的提供者,如:航空公司、飯店業者、租車業者…等相關廠商;而需求者則為旅遊代理商,即旅行社業者。藉由旅遊電子市集聚集旅遊業相關的供應商與需求者,將可以促進買賣雙方交易的順暢,進行提昇旅遊產業的效率及服務品質。
為了解決傳統旅遊業者系統無法溝通的問題,本研究採用Web Services技術作為此旅遊電子市集的核心技術,本文除了說明旅遊電子市集的建構方法與功能需求外,我們也開發出一個雛型系統(WS-TEM),來驗證我們所提出的方法。
Travel agencies need much real-time information of travel products (air tickets, hotel room, car rentals, and related services) to plan the schedule for a trip. In order to satisfy their consumers, travel agencies have to cooperate and communicate with suppliers. The suppliers offer travel products will change according different time. By combining these factors affect the transaction efficiency and the quality of services in the travel industry.
In order to help travel agencies to gather the information of travel products and improve the transaction efficiency in travel industry. We propose a methodology to construct the electronic marketplace for travel industry. To aggregate as many as suppliers and travel agencies of travel industry via electronic marketplace will improve transaction efficiency and quality of services in the travel industry.
Web services is a new technology that can support the participant of the electronic marketplace exchange information and advance system function. This study will interpret how to use the web services to construct electronic marketplace in travel industry. Furthermore, we develop the prototype system to prove our method.
