二十一世紀知識經濟時代,資訊科技為各行各業提昇整體成長之不可或缺的工具,教育單位也將其資訊科技視為必然教學工具,以提升教與學的品質。本文主旨在討論技職院校教師使用資訊科技教學之態度。本文以任務科技適配度為基礎來建構研究模式,由教師內部及外部的角度,探討其對使用資訊科技教學之態度的影響,其中內部因素包括電腦知識、興趣及信念;外部因素包括政策、同儕及設備等,而教學態度則是以教師對資訊科技之使用率及使用績效的認知來衡量之。本文針對大高雄地區技職院教教師進行取樣,並應用單因子變異數分析及線性結構關係模式(LISREL)等統計方法進行資料處理及分析。本文之研究發現,私立學校在政策上較支持老師使用資訊科技協助教學、博士學歷教師資訊科技的較高、任教年資2年以下教師較常更新授課內容及有較豐富之電腦知識。其次人文社會學院同儕間使用資訊科技及配合之設備方面較不足,造成使用度相對於其他學院比較低。再者,透過線性結構關係模式之分析,本文之研究發現課程變動更新、外部因素(政策、同儕及設備)及內部因素(電腦知識、興趣及信念)對教師使用資訊科技教學之使用率均有顯著的影響,外部因素及內部因素則對使用資訊科技協助教學之教學績效也呈現明顯正向影響。
In the contemporary knowledge economy, information technology (IT) has become an indispensable tool for all organizations to grow up. To improve the quality of learning and teaching, the educational authority also regards IT as the inevitable educational tools. The purpose of the study is aiming at discussing the attitudes of qualified instructors at vocational technology universities and colleges using IT to improve the quality of knowledge lectured. Based on the model of task/ technology fit (TTF), the study is exploring the instructors’ attitudes of using IT in their classes and lectures from the view points of instructors internally and externally. The internal factors of using IT for instructors include relative computer knowledge, interest and belief. The external factors are the policy of institutions, equipments and peers’ influence. The utilization of IT and the cognition of performance in using IT are used to measure the teaching attitudes of instructors. For the above analysis, a casual model is constructed. The sample of the empirical study was taken from the whole instructors in the area of Kaohsiung metropolitan.
One-way ANOVA and the method of LISREL (Linear Structure relations) are applied for data analysis. The results indicate that private institutions support instructors in using IT to assist their teaching more than those of national institutions does. In addition, doctoral faculty is more willing to use IT in supporting their teaching than others are. Meanwhile, junior instructors (less than two years of teaching experience) would change their lecture contents frequently and have more abundant computer knowledge than those of seniors teachers do. On the other hand, instructors of human and social sciences use less IT in their classes than others do; and thus, the utilization of IT equipments is low, compare to that of engineering sciences. Furthermore, the results of casual analysis indicates the utilization of IT for qualified instructors is influenced greatly by the updated courses, external factors (policy of institutions, equipments and peers’ influence) and internal factors (relative computer knowledge, interest and belief). The internal and external factors of using IT for instructors have positive and significant impact on the teaching performance.
