本研究主要在探討視角對觀看螢幕時人體頸部與軀幹肌電訊號(Electromyography, EMG)的反應、身體姿勢的變化及受試者的視覺疲勞與肌肉疲勞主觀舒適度評比(Rate of Perceived Exertion, RPE)。本研究共招募12位身心健全及沒有任何肌肉骨骼系統方面疾病的男大學生參與本實驗。研究中將視角設定為五種水準,分別是+40∘、+20∘、0∘、 -20∘、-40∘。本研究結果顯示視角對肌電訊號、身體彎曲角度及視覺疲勞和肌肉疲勞的主觀舒適度評比皆造成顯著性的差異。視角在0∘的水準下,對胸鎖乳突肌、頭夾肌和背脊肌等肌肉的疲勞程度為最低。視角在-20∘的水準下,對眼球凝視角度、軀幹彎曲角度和骨盆彎曲角度的度數為最小。視角在0∘的水準下,對視覺疲勞和肌肉疲勞的程度為最小。
This study investigated the effects of view angle on the electromyographic responses of human neck and trunk muscles, on the human posture and on the rate of perceived exertions of visual fatigue and muscular fatigue. This study recruited 12 young healthy male university students to participate in this study. This study examined five levels of view angles, which were +40∘、+20∘、0∘、 -20∘、-40∘. The results demonstrated that view angle significantly affected the electromyographic responses of human neck and trunk muscles, the human posture and the rate of perceived exertions of visual fatigue and muscular fatigue. The electromyographic responses of sternocleidomastoid muscles, splenius capitis muscles and erector spinae muscles were the least for 0 degree of view angle condition. The eyeball gaze angle, trunk inclination and pelvic angle were the least for -20 degree of view angle condition. The rate of perceived exertions of visual fatigue and muscular fatigue were the least for 0 degree of view angle condition.
