本論文採用具跨平台特性之物件導向程式語言Java開發適用於多種作業平台、網路通訊環境及使用者裝置之電力即時監測與分析整合系統,並以全球衛星定位系統(GPS)為基礎之相量量測單元(PMU)做為系統量測端設備,以達到全系統時間取樣同步化。近年來,網際網路及無線通訊技術的進步,各種網路上之應用亦蓬勃發展,為了使系統監測分析更具多選擇性與機動性,本論文應用目前廣為使用之個人數位助理(PDA)、智慧型手機(Smart Phone)及網路瀏覽器(Web Browser)作為使用者裝置,並設計簡單易操作之圖形化使用者介面(GUI),在Client / Server主從式架構下,透過網際網路、無線網路及行動通訊網路,即時監測與分析遠端電力系統的運轉狀況與用電品質,其中並整合資料庫系統,更新各遠端站之即時資料及儲存歷史數據,用來追蹤系統運轉效能,並檢視系統潛在的電力品質問題。本系統已完成之監測分析項目包含有三相電壓電流即時監測、系統頻率即時監測、實虛功率即時監測、功率因數即時監測、三相電壓不平衡因數即時監測、三相電流不平衡因數即時監測、兩地功角即時監測、歷史資料查詢及動態觸發文件查詢。經由系統完整的建立及實際訊號量測的測試,足可證明本論文所研製之整合系統的實用性與可行性。

This thesis applies the Java technology with features of platform-independent and object-oriented to implement a real-time monitoring and analysis integrated system. The system can be performed in different operating systems, communication networks and user devices for power systems. Furthermore, Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) based on Global Position System (GPS) are used as equipments on the measurement end so that system time can be sampled synchronously. In this thesis, to enhance mobile and multi-choice functions, an application integrating personal digital assistant (PDA), Smart Phone and Web Browser is proposed to implement the functions of monitoring and analysis system via Internet, wireless LAN and mobile communication networks for the states of power systems and electric power quality monitoring. In order to facilitate the data transmission, a communication between client and server is also developed and then the states of power systems are displayed by graphic user interface (GUI) on user devices. With the integrated design of database, users can trace the operating efficiency of power systems and find out the potential issues of electric power quality. So far, this study has implemented some function items for a monitoring and analysis integrated system, such as the system frequency, three-phase voltage and current, complex power, power factor, voltage and current unbalanced factors, the power angle difference and the query of historical data. Finally, test results show the feasibility of the developed system for the applications considered.
