臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

在人力的尋找時，人才的資料是最重要的部分，此部份的資料必需保持至少三年以上的記錄，若此時更換了一套新的管理系統，則有可能因為資料庫的不同而造成所有的資料必需要重新登錄，如此的動作非常地浪費人力且費時，有鍵於此本論文提出--將資料標準化，則可解決人才資料轉換的問題。
本論文具有下列的特色：
一.使用代理程式的自動轉換達到資料同步化的目的。
二.使用XML做資料交換，解決了更版及轉換系統、平台時資料
交換的問題。
三.使用代理程式自動化控管人才面試及錄取相關資訊。
四.使用MetaData的技術來分類及訂定各層級所呈現的資料內容。
五.利用XSLT編輯器來定義網頁樣版呈現的方式及可共用呈現樣
版及由使用者自行定義網頁呈現的屬性，讓使用者可自行的設計所要呈現在網頁上的樣式。
六.提出系統主要代理程式演算法及程式。

It is Important things when you seek a human resource data in a human resource system.The steed data must be keep for two or three years in that records.If some one change to new version of management system that will be a different data format and cause a system must be re keyin record datas again. So it will take more time and human resources.In this paper we prompt a new way to standatd the data format and it will be solve the problem of human resource exchange format.
In this paper we have include the following feature：
● Using agent to auto exchange data in order to reach synchronization the data format.
● Using XML technology to exchange data and solve the problem of system update and platform data exchange.
● Using agent to auto control steed interview and hire information.
● Using Metadata technology to list and ordering data content in every levels。
● Using XSLT editor to define the temple of web page and reuse all the define temple attribute in order to help a user to define the display temple.
● To Prompt an algorithms for a main agent of the human resource system.
