摘要
問題背景：國內有許多年輕的學子長期參與舞蹈運動，舞者之足部大拇趾外翻是常發生的運動傷害，貼布貼紮可以用來矯正足部大拇趾外翻。但沒有科學研究的證實。
目的：本研究目的有三：
（一） 調查就讀於舞蹈學校的舞者其足部之第一蹠趾關節的外翻角度
（二） 研究貼布貼紮對足部大拇趾外翻的靜態矯正效果及
（三） 研究貼布貼紮對足部大拇趾外翻的動態矯正效果。
材料與方法：本文邀請74位舞者參與本研究。每一位受試者皆接受同一位測量者測量其足部第一蹠趾關節外翻角度，所有受試者也接受貼布貼紮前及貼紮後x-ray外翻角度測量。
本研究亦利用rs-scan足底壓力量測儀來量測每位受試者在接受貼布貼紮前後，其壓力中心的行徑軌跡之差異。在統計上利用t-test來檢定組間之差異，顯著水準定在p<0.05。
結果：參與本文研究之受試者第一蹠趾關節外翻角度，左右皆為20o皆大於正常人15o。受試者在接受貼布貼紮前後，x-ray結果顯示有5o明顯矯正之效應（p<0.05）。在足底壓力中心線結果的顯示，受試者在接受貼布貼紮的之後，足底壓力中心向內側方向顯著偏移量達13mm（p<0.05）。
討論與結論：長期參與舞蹈運動的舞者易造成族大拇趾外翻，貼布貼紮具有靜態及動態的矯正效應。預防舞者造成足大拇趾過份外翻的傷害，貼布貼紮是一有效的方法。

Abstract
Study background: Hallucis valgus(HV) deformation is one of common foot injuries occurrence in young dancers in Taiwan. Although taping is believed an effective method for correction this deformation, biomechanical justification is still inadequate.
Objective: The purpose of this study were (1) to investigate HV angle in dancing students, (2) to valid the effectiveness of taping in correction of HV deformation and (3) to compare the differences of foot center of pressure between pre and post taping HV angle. Material and method: 74 dancers voluntarily participated in this study. All subjects were asked to take x-ray radiography for confirmation their HV angles. RS-scan system was used to measure foot center of pressure. Independent t-test was used to examine the difference of each test condition.
Results: The results revealed that mean right and left HV angles were 20 and 20, respectively. 5o (p<0.05) correction was found in subject after acceptance taping management. Foot center of pressure showed that trajectory was significantly shifted to medial side. This indicated dynamic effectiveness of using tapping in dancer performing Pointe dancing movement.
Discussion and conclusion: Dancer students involve long-term dancing exercise. Therefore, they tend to onset excessive HV deformation. Taping is an efficient method for correction HV deformation not only in static but also in dynamic condition. In order to prevent dancer’s hallucis disorder, taping is a good method for protection hallucis.
