今日的企業正面臨著日益競爭的全球化商業環境,對製造業而言,縮短產品開發時程、提高品質與降低成本、快速反應客戶需求,已成為其保持競爭優勢的必備條件。

為了維持競爭力,近年來業界也開始導入了同步工程(CE)的觀念。同步工程是一個整合性的系統方法,可以有效的在產品的設計開發階段,整合產品設計、製造加工與組裝的相關問題。

根據過去的研究資料顯示,產品在設計階段就已經決定了60%~90%的產品成本。為了同步考量產品設計、製造加工與裝配等問題,新產品開發工作,不但需各部門間的溝通與協調,更可以因減少工程設計變更,使企業的資源不致浪費。

基於此,本研究嘗試於帝寶公司提出模擬專案,應用同步工程中跨功能團隊(Multi-functional Team)的概念,透過新產品開發專案工作協調的模式,分析新產品開發中的活動。

為了在同步工程的環境中,簡化複雜的專案工作,運用PERT圖將複雜的工作以流程方式個別予以列出,並研究其中關鍵問題,提出解決方案,促使未來會發生的錯誤,運用同步參與方式,建立企業較佳的流程。
The global commercial competition has become more and more critical. None of enterprises could ignore this fact. To manufacturing industries, the key issues to keep competitive position are shortening of product design process, improvement of quality, reduction of cost and fast response to customer enquiries.

For the above consideration, Concurrent Engineering (CE) has been implemented to manufacturing industries in past few years. CE is a systematic disciplinary that can coordinate, in design stage, all subjects about product design/development and production/assembly issues.

According to the previous research result, it is obvious that about 60~90% of the total cost, for producing a specified product, could be determined during product design stage. For solving the problems of product design and process design at the same time, communication and negotiation among different departments are most significant. Besides, the application of CE disciplinary could result in the reduction of engineering/design changes. The less engineering/design change happened, the less waste of organization resources.

In this thesis, we take DEPO Company as a case study and apply the CE concept of Multi-functional Team to analyze the coordination model and activities of new product design procedure.

To simplifying the projects management in CE application, we apply PERT diagram to identify each job as a specific flow chart. Then study the key problems in each flow chart and find out the suitable solutions. Our purpose is to apply CE disciplinary to avoid the potential problems in the future and establish the optimal management procedures within the organization.
