隨著外在環境競爭越來越強,許多企業選擇透過策略聯盟的方式提升組織的競爭能力,在聯盟的活動過程中,企業可從中進行跨組織的學習,以提升企業內部的能力,過往雖然有學者個別針對環境變動對於企業的影響,或企業進行策略聯盟學習這兩個領域進行研究,然而缺乏一個理論模式來表達企業在面對環境的變動底下,如何透過策略聯盟進行學習。本研究以環境的變化、企業對於環境的掌握和反應建構一個動態環境的牽動過程,並以此為基礎,探討其對於企業在進行策略聯盟時,對於企業的組織學習機制之影響,同時也將聯盟夥伴的因素列入討論,探討動態環境對於夥伴關係的影響,以及間接對於組織學習機制的影響。最終以聯盟的績效指標做為衡量,探討動態環境下,組織學習反應在績效上的成果。研究對象為全國前1200大廠商,共回收161份有效問卷,其中146份曾參與策略聯盟的廠商做為本研究分析樣本,採用結構化模式進行驗證性分析。研究結果顯示,外在環境變動程度與企業對於環境的掌握程度無關,而企業對於環境的掌握及反應程度越佳,對於聯盟活動的夥伴關係及組織學習則越有利,良好的夥伴關係及完善的組織學習機制,也會對於聯盟的績效有顯著性的正面影響。
Because the competition in the external environment is more and more violent, many enterprises enhance their ability by founding strategic alliances. In the interactions of strategic alliances, the enterprises can doing inter-organizational learning to make themselves growing up. Although there were researchers studying ‘How the dynamic environment effect the enterprise?’ and ‘The enterprise doing inter-organizational learning through strategic alliance’, there was not a model to combine two studies. This study built a dynamic environment process, and the process described the environment changing, knowing the changing and the response to changing. Based on the dynamic environment, this study discusses the effects from the changing of the environment to the organizational learning mechanism. We also include the partner relationship, to discuss the correlation between the dynamic environment, the partner relationship and the organizational learning mechanism. And this study uses the alliance performance to measure the effect of organizational learning. The object of study is the Top 1200 Manufacturers and Service Industries. Out of 161 respondents, 146 firms that have joined the alliance are considered valid empirical data for us to test our hypotheses. We found the changing of environment didn’t effect the knowing changing of enterprise. The enterprise more know the changing of environment and more response to changing, the partner relationship and organizational learning in the alliance are more effective. There are better partner relationship and organizational learning mechanism, the alliance performance will also be better.
