The study is aim to integrate the resource-based theory, knowledge-based theory, network theory and organizational learning theory to develop a firm’s information and partnership management strategy to improve network and organizational learning in a virtual corporation. Furthermore, we will discuss the influence of network position and the organizational learning on cooperation innovation. The population of this study contains the 339 companies located at Hsinchu and Tainan Science Park. We will use the empirical research method and questionnaire personal survey on this research paper. First, We build up the research model via literature review to define the propositions and then inference the research model and the research hypothesis based on the theory. After that, we will use LISREL model for analysis in order to verify the research model and hypothesis. The results are that the information and partnership management strategy that significantly influence improvement of network positions. The partnership management strategy has significant influence on inter-organization learning but information management has no significant influence on inter-organization learning. Therefore, we can realize what we discuss above the rising of network position and inter-organization learning has mediating effects on the corporation innovation. The findings of this research could be reference for industry to carry out the proper information and partnership strategy to advance the network position and inter-organization learning to increase the chance of the success of the corporation.
