  近年來,各校為提昇自我的競爭力,紛紛推動校務行政電腦化,運用電腦技術迅速而有效的處理學校各處室單位的各種需求,以增進工作效率與品質。而為了將校內所有系統加以整合,確實掌握有效資訊,達到簡化作業流程、節省時間及軟硬體費用,並提供即時且正確的資料,以應付未來多元化校園發展,快速開發、具彈性與擴充性可依需求而改變的校務資訊系統將扮演重要的角色。
  本研究利用物件導向分析方法將現有校務資訊系統轉換成符合J2EE平台,以標準的物件導向模式語言UML來分析與設計軟體元件,提昇各項Internet服務功能與校內協同運作(Collaboration)效率,提供跨平台的軟體開發技術及整合服務,以目錄服務 (LDAP)為基礎的校園入口網站架構(Education Information Portal, EIP),提供Web版之資訊傳遞系統,作為各系所及所屬單位訊息交流之重要管道。
  In recent years, colleges and universities are devoted to push administrative information systems for enhancing self-competitive power. To handle multi-development and multi-requirement of campus in the near future, we propose a model to integrate the existing systems and provide concurrent and real-time data storage and access. Regarding cost reduction and time efficiency, it’s an important factor considered for these systems to be reused and make rapid and flexible development based on change of the needs.
  In the study, we focus on the object-oriented system analysis and design for transferring legacy systems to J2EE architecture. The Rational Unified Process is adopted and the unified Modeling Language notations are illustrated for the specification. We encapsulate compatible components during the process. Finally, we re-implement the system by using component technology based on the Weblogic platform 8.1 including LDAP and EIP. It is hoped that the model would be implemented successfully for providing efficient collaboration and Internet services.
