由於資訊科技的進步,現今在網路上從事買賣交易的行為也已日趨普遍,消費者可以在瀏覽過網路商家的購物網站之後直接進行網路購物。但卻也因產品資訊數位化之後的更新速度加快,造成不斷累積的資訊量也越來越多,如此一來有可能會導致消費者耗費大量的時間在產品搜尋上,若消費者想更進一步比較多間不同的網路商家所提供的產品資訊時,則可能得需要先依序拜訪完所有彼此獨立的網路商家之後,方才能獲得所欲購買的產品相關資訊,並作出合適的產品購買決策,這種傳統的資訊蒐集方法非但沒有效率,還可能會因為遺漏拜訪一些正在舉辦促銷、降價、優惠打折等特殊活動的網路商家,而無法獲得重要的產品訊息。
本研究提出利用網格服務支援分散式產品搜尋架構,基於網格計算的概念與觀點,採用網格中介軟體Globus Toolkit和資料存取套件OGSADAI作為本研究基本的網格運作環境,並搭配本研究所提出之單一商家產品仲介服務,和具有平行非同步分散式資料庫查詢機制的商家仲介服務,建置出一套以網格服務為基礎之分散式產品搜尋支援系統,輔助消費者在購物行為模式中的產品搜尋階段和產品商家評選階段之產品資訊過濾、濃縮與整合等功能,以作為消費者在制定購買決策時的參考。
As a result of the information technology progress, nowadays the behavior of business transaction in the network has been already general day by day, the consumer can carry on the shopping at network directly after browsing the network merchant''s shopping website. But the renewal speed after product information digitization accelerates, cause amount of information that is accumulating constantly more and more, will cause consumers to consume a large amount of time in the products will be searched probably thus, when consumers think of and go still one step further the more different product information offered of network merchant''s shopping website, must need to finish visiting all separate network merchant''s shopping websites in order first , can obtain products relevant information wanted to buy just now, and make the suitable products purchase decision, not only inefficient to collect the information in such traditional method, still possible omit visit some network merchant''s shopping websites holding special activities, such as promoting, reduction, discounting etc., perhaps will, it is unable to obtain the important product information.
This study proposed the using Grid Service support distributed product search architecture, base on the Grid Computing concept and viewpoint, uses grid middleware Globus Toolkit and data access packages OGSADAI as this research basic grid run-time environment, and cooperate with the product brokering service, and the merchant brokering service with have parallel asynchronous distributed databases query mechanism, to build a distributed product search support system that uses Grid Service as the system foundation, assists the consumer to filtered, concentrated and conformity product information in the stage of product brokering and merchant brokering of Consumer Buying Behavior (CBB), in order to be regarded as consumer''s reference while making the purchase decision.
