本文為研製一雙向補償DC/DC電力轉換器,目的是提供燃料電池做能量管理及負載分配。由於燃料電池本身沒有能量儲存功能,且輸出電壓容易受到負載變動及燃料電池極化損失的影響,而造成直流輸出端電壓不穩定。因此需利用電力電子技術去提供系統能量分配及補償。本文分成三部份,首先探討燃料電池的基本特性以做為轉換器設計的參考,第二部份則針對DC/DC轉換器雙向控制技術及單相變流器調變技術加以探討,第三部分整合DC/DC轉換器與單相變流器來建構一完整的系統,並測試其運作效能。
本文另建立DC/DC功率轉換器之模式,以及數位功率控制器的設計。實體製作方面,採用高性能、低成本之數位訊號處理器(DSP,TMS320LF/LC2407A)為控制核心,以減少硬體電路的成本。最後完成500W的實體系統,並由實驗測試結果加以驗證分析。
This thesis designs a bi-directional DC/DC converter to provide energy management and load sharing for a fuel cell power system. Because the fuel cell system does not have the capability of energy storage, the output voltage of the system is easily affected by the load variations and polarization loss, therefore it is necessary to utilize power electronic techniques for electric energy sharing and compensation. This thesis consists of three parts. The first part focuses on the basic characteristic of the fuel cell system in order to provide guideline for power converter design. The second part aims at the DC/DC bi-directional control technique and single-phase PWM inverter control with sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technique. The third part integrates the system with a DC/DC converter and a single-phase inverter. The performance and efficiency of the system is measured.
In this thesis, DC/DC power converter models were constructed with a DSP-based controller. A high performance digital signal processor (DSP, TMS320LF2407A) was used to implement the system for reducing the circuit components and system cost. The experimental results on a 500-W prototype circuit were provided to verify the analysis and performance of the system.
