本研究旨在利用網路服務元件設計,建構一套網路學習服務元件交換中心,以促進學習系統之間的學習資源分享與學習歷程再利用。透過學習服務中心的建立,讓學習系統開發者得以註冊與共享學習元件,使能夠交換學習元件與整合歷程資料並再加以應用,進一步充份整合各學習系統間的學習資源、資料與學習活動。
Internet-Based元件化的趨勢以及Web Service的發展,讓網路學習系統可以利用網際網路,來促進學習歷程與學習活動之交換、分享與再利用。再加上使用標準的服務描述語言WSDL(Web Service Description Language),更提昇各學習系統間的資源交換、整合與再利用。
Web Service提供課程開發者簡易的發展介面,讓各學習系統得以交換網路服務,加強學習系統軟體元件的共享與再利用。相同的元件,依照不同的學習模式,可組合開發各種學習活動。而整合學習活動的功能,主要是結合學習歷程資料與網路服務於學習系統活動中,如此可促進學習系統之間的資源分享與再利用,降低重複開發學習元件,提升學習系統平台上之研究成果。

This paper describe the Learning System Component and use the Service Component to Exchange the Learning Portfolio. In order to share and reuse the Learning resource, we build the Learning Service and portfolio component exchange center which is use to exchange Learning Service between different Learning System and improve the Portfolio reuse. Internet-Based Component is become more and more popular, such improve the Web Service development. This will be the best solution to improve the Learning Portfolio and Learning Activity to be share, exchange and reuse.
As the goal of CEC is to enable learning component exchange and sharing among researchers, the underlying learning portfolio management is to manage the data produced during learning processes to enable the assessment and analysis of the learning processes provided by the component exchange mechanism. However, the analysis of student‘s learning processes for refining and diagnosing learning processes requires the recording of student interaction and response during the learning processes.
Learning processes generally produce various types of learning products. In a microscope learning scenario, the products may be arithmetic operation sequences of arithmetic operations or interaction records with computer programs. On the other hand, the products may be the reflection of learning concept, composition documents, or any reports of a special topic in a macro-scope learning scenario. Without the repository of portfolios, researchers can not assess the effectiveness of learning activities provided by the learning service providers. In addition, educators can not easily assess student learning processes. Therefore, the component exchange mechanism requires not only service/activity management but also data management in a distributed environment.
