電腦與網際網路的出現,使得每一個人都可以在任何地方存取成千上萬的資料。不過,資料的多元性與豐富性反而造成使用者存取上的障礙,這是因為資料的產生是來自於人類複雜的需求與目的。因此面對複雜度高且大量的資料,如何幫助使用者挖掘出資料裡的機會,便是一個很有趣的研究議題。
在挖掘資料的問題上,資料探勘是一個不錯的方法。不過,資料探勘需要有大量的資料去訓練,因此在資料量少的限制下,資料探勘並不適用。另外,經資料探勘挖掘出的資訊是資料裡呈現出重複性高的規則的資訊,雖然這樣的資訊可以幫助決策者了解資料裡的趨勢,但是,卻不容易去挖掘出隱藏在資料裡的機會。
本研究結合Watts小世界裡二分網路的概念,從社會網路結構去搜尋並推薦使用者適合的解答。另外,本研究還引入Kotler and Trias De Bes水平行銷(lateral marketing)的觀念,讓模型也具備水平遷移(lateral transmitting)的能力,如此,在互動的過程中便能因為提供使用者不同距離的資訊,讓使用者能夠更快發掘新的機會。
為了驗證本研究所提出的模型,本研究實作一個手機設計系統,研究結果發現經受測者實際操作系統後,使用者對本研究的模型滿意度是滿意的。另外,研究結果亦證實新的模型不僅能加速搜尋效率,還能因為提供不同距離的機會,讓設計者從邊尋邊選的過程中,設計出更滿意的產品。
The appearance of the computer and Internet, everyone can access data in any place. However, the data which is diversity and riches because it come from people’s complex needs and object will cause the barrier when user access. Therefore, it is a interest topic that is how to help the user to find out the chance from data which is huge and high complexity.
Data mining is a good method on the issue of mining data. However, data mining need a lot of data to practice, so data mining can not apply on few data. In addition, the information which demonstrate the rule with high repetitiveness by data mining, though such information can help designer understand trend of the data, however, it is difficult to get the chance that hidden in the data.
The purpose of this research that involves the concept of bipartite network that is proposed from Watts’s small world will search from the structure of society network and recommend the suitable solution to user. In addition, this research adopted the concept of lateral marketing that is proposed from Kotler and Trias De Bes in order to make the model to have ability of lateral transmitting. As a result, the model can make the user to find out the new chance from interactive process that will provide the information that comes from different distance to user.
In order to demonstrate the model from this research, we establishes a prototype system about cell phone design. The result of this research has found the satisfaction from users when users practiced the prototype system. In addition, the result of this research proves that the new model can provide the chance from different distance which is not only promote search more efficiency, but also design more satisfactory products.
