隨著電子科技的發展,多種小型醫療電子產品可以用來量測與分析人體的生理訊號,其中心電訊號可以提供相當重要的生理指標,包括心律不整脈等,藉由偵測心電訊號中之QRS複合波位置,可進行心率變異度分析,以評估自主神經功能,因此準確的QRS複合波及異常波形偵測與辨認,至為重要。本文採用兩種演算法並行去偵測QRS波及異常波形,分別為Pan-Tompkins 及 樣板比對,並將兩者資訊進行整合。本演算法以MIT/BIH 心律不整資料庫為測試訊號,在Matlab/Simulink軟體環境進行模擬,同時並以ARM系統晶片為基礎,發展成一個即時QRS波偵測系統。
With the development of electronic technology, lots of small-scale medical electronic products are developed to catch important vital signs such as cardiac arrhythmia. The detection of QRS complex is important for calculating heart rate. The spectral analysis of heart rate variability can reflect the function of the autonomic nervous system. Therefore, the issue of heartbeat detection and classification is very important. In this thesis, two heartbeat detection schemes including Pan-Tompkins and template match were used to detect the heartbeat. The heartbeat information retrieved from these methods is integrated. The proposed algorithm was simulated and evaluated based on the MIT/BIH arrhythmia database. Moreover, the proposed algorithm was implemented in ARM system on chip (SoC) for developing real-time heartbeat detection and classification system.
