摘要
現在是個講究e化的時代,公司組織內部的企業流程也都傾向於藉由電腦強大的運算能力來達到流程自動化、流程監控的能力。目前也有不少的研究運用著各式各樣的技術來解決企業流程管理的議題。Document-driven Agent-based Framework(DAB Framework)採用多重代理人技術以及文件驅動的概念來解決企業流程相關議題,並且提供企業流程管理系統開發成多重代理人架構的程序與設計參考。
本論文則為DAB Framework提供一份實作設計,但DAB Framework龐大且複雜,本論文著重於設計以下三點:
1. 利用Layer Architecture Pattern設計DAB Framework的軟體架構。
2. 設計DAB Run-Time Environment和DAB Agent,讓Agent系統開發者著重於企業邏輯設計。
3. 設計企業流程規範,讓DAB Agent遵循以執行企業流程。
Nowadays there are many attention paid to e-commerce. The business process of business organization trends to achieve the ability of process automation and process control by the power of computer. Many researchers study business process management with a variety of technology. Document-driven Agent-based Framework(DAB Framework)integrates multi-agents technology and document-driven concept into business process management, and provide the steps and design reference model for the development of business process management system to multi-agents architecture.
This paper provides design and implementation for DAB Framework. Due to the complex of DAB Framework, this paper focuses on three aspects:
1. Design DAB Framework software architecture by use of Layer Architecture Pattern.
2. Design DAB Run-Time Environment and DAB Agent that help agent system developer to concentrate their attention on business logic.
3. Design business process description specification used by DAB Agent to excuse business process.
