本研究以核心能耐與國際化理論為構面探討台灣車燈產業的核心能耐對國際化的影響關係。研究設計採多重個案研究法,選取三家個案公司以半結構訪談深入瞭解在經理人的思考架構中,核心能耐對國際化的影響關係有哪些,並歸納數項研究命題。
本研究最後是建立一個整合的思考架構,說明核心能耐對國際化的影響。
This research based on several constructs which are derived from strategic views of core competence and internationalization theory to discuss the influences of core competence on internationalization of Taiwan's Auto-Lighting firms. This research use multiple-case study method to design the research and select three cases of corporations in Auto-Lighting industry. We adopt semi-structural interview to understand the framework about the relationship between core competence and internationalization, and put forth relevant propositions.
