經理人可透過社會網絡獲得所需的資源並有機會充分利用這些資源,因此經理人間的網絡關係與接觸是企業獲得競爭優勢的重要來源。因此,本研究以台灣中小企業之高階經理人為研究對象,探討經理人間的社會網絡是否有助於提升企業績效,此外,本研究亦以組織間聯盟及高階經理人是否具有創業精神為干擾變數,期能建構一個更為完整的理論架構。
經由本研究實證結果可得出以下四個結論:(1)社會網絡有助於提升企業績效及組織間的聯盟關係。(2)聯盟數量越多、信任程度愈高,會提高企業的經營績效。(3)聯盟數量對社會網絡與企業績效間之關係具有正向之干擾作用。(4)信任與創業精神對社會網絡與企業績效間之關係不具有干擾作用。
Manager can acquire and use the helpful resource through social network, therefore the social relationship between managers is an important source of competitive advantage. This research use the top managers of small and medium enterprises as our investigate sample, explore whether the social network between managers can promote business performance. Besides, this study use inter-organizational alliance and entrepreneurship as moderators, to establish a more complete theoretical model.
The results show as followings:(1)social network can promote business performance and inter-organization strategy alliance.(2)The more strategy alliance’s number and trust will promote business performance.(3)Strategy alliance’s numbers have positive moderating effect between social network and business performance.(4)Trust and entrepreneurship don’t have positive moderating effect between social network and business performance.
