臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

　　本研究主要探討電子產業如何以專案管理的方式導入企業資源規劃（Enterprise Resource Planning ERP），其關鍵之成功因素。根據經濟部技術處委託資策會ACI-FIND所進行的最新大型抽樣調查結果顯示，2004年台灣整體企業各項電子化基礎建設的投資與應用有大幅的成長，不過企業資源規劃系統（ERP）普及率僅有11％，顯示台灣在企業電子化市場仍有很大的發展空間。
　　有鑒於國內在運用專案管理導入ERP方面，並無標準模式可供參考；因此，將研究心得以六標準差創新的概念，依照Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify (DMADV) 之管制流程；並使用柏拉圖、圓形圖、魚骨圖、風險控制表作分析；與公司組織條件、ERP系統內涵、顧問的角色與能力，三個構面涵蓋之九個關鍵成功因素，和企業組織規模以及風險考量，以更為完善的角度，按照小型、中型、大型組織的特性，提出電子產業於運用專案管理導入ERP，成功的三種標準模式，作為參考範例。
　　本研究雖以電子產業為例，其研究結果可以提供給相關之電子產業，及相似之產業在導入ERP時之參考。

　The key factors for success in electronic industries through application of project Management incorporating with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) were studies in the present thesis. The data of survey sampling provided by Advanced e-Commerce Institute – Focus on Internet News and Data (ACI-FIND) in 2004 showed great improvements on investments and applications of electronic commerce of industries in Taiwan. However, only 11% of those companies has applied the ERP on the electronic commerce which leaves a lot of space to improve.
　For there is little reference about introducing ERP by project managements in Taiwan, the research results of this paper according to the novel idea of Six Sigma and management process of Define, Measured, Analyze, Design, and Verify (DMADV) were investigated. This study uses the Pareto Chart, Circular Chart, Fishbone Diagram, and Boxplots, Risk Fixes and Control to analyze the research results. Furthermore, the analyses of “Organization condition of companies”, “Definition of the ERP”, “Roles and Ability of consultants”, and “Consideration of risks” were together combined in this study. Results indicate that three standard models and nine key factors for success with the application of ERP in project management were summarized based on small, medium, or large organization of the electronic industry.
　It is expected as well that the key factors for success in electronic industries through the present study can also be applied to the relevant electronic industries incorporating the ERP in project management.
