摘要
  在現今這個年代,由於劇烈的技術改變、縮短的生命產品週期和全球化的激烈競爭之下,創新已成為企業必須面對的重要課題。然而伴隨著創新發展而來的是成本與風險。即使公司有著強大財務和技術能力也無法容易地獨自進行R&D活動,所以如何從外部獲取新技術來增強公司的創新能力變的是更關鍵的。組織與組織之間的任何合作與交易或轉換知識的手段都牽扯到知識移轉與組織學習。因此,如何才能增強知識移轉能力與知識吸收能力,以及傳統製造業對於知識管理模式在實務面的做法又是如何?這個議題是值得本研究所探討的。
  為了探究知識移轉、知識吸收與知識管理模式在傳統製造業裡實務界運用的現況,本研究採用個案研究法來對此一研究主題進行深入性的探討,並以榮星電線作為本研究之研究對象。最後,本研究的結果發現為了因應知識經濟的時代潮流,傳統製造業的企業也體認到知識管理的重要性。然而企業卻常常在資訊硬體設備上投資大量金錢,卻忽略了一些無形資產的重要性。因此透過完善的訓練、獎勵、評估等機制,將可以使員工對公司的向心力更加凝聚,更益分享知識,創造出更有活力與學習力的組織。
 Innovations have already become the important subject that enterprises must face due to radical technological changes, short product life cycle, and globalize competitive pressure. But it is cost and risk that is following innovations. Even if the company has strong financial and technological ability, it can’t easily develop R&D activity alone. It is more important that how to obtain the new technology from the outside to improve innovation ability of the company now. Each cooperation, trade, or switch of knowledge between organizations that involve in knowledge transfer and organization learning. How could enhance knowledge transfer ability and knowledge absorptive capacity? How is the method which is used in the knowledge management model of traditional manufacturing industry? This topic is worth this research to study.
 This paper use case studies of 1 enterprise to analyze and discuss the relation of knowledge transfer, knowledge absorptive capacity and knowledge management model, and which exercise in practice. Findings of this paper indicate that traditional manufacturing industries have realized the importance of knowledge management in order to conform to the tendency of knowledge economy. However, enterprises often invest a large amount of money in equipment of the information hardware and neglect the importance of some intangible assets. Through mechanisms of the perfect training, reward, assessment, we can make staffs have more and more centripetal force, easier to share knowledge. At last, we can create an organization which is more vital and own more learning capacity.
