During the decades, the development of the NPOs in Taiwan has grown rapidly, and recover many deficiencies f the government. Besides, many enterprises also are engaged in various type of public welfare service by establishing the foundation. Differentiating from the profit organizations, the emphases of the NPOs are mission and passion, not all on the profit.

Flow theory have described as an experience of ‘rush’, ‘being totally in tune’, and individuals will exhibit a masterly control of what they are doing, their responses perfectly attuned to the changing demands of the tasks. So the flow activities are very important to the success of future goals.

This paper use case study to analyze and discuss the practice of service delivery in Chi Mei Museum, and demonstrates the executives of Chi Mei Museum how to maintain their flow condition by passion from Flow perspectives, even affect the operation of the museum.

The research result reveals that passion and belief of the founder and organization mission play a critical factor on the NPOs, and influence his organization and the society very much. Besides, it is also find that flow exist in NPOs. All members will reinforce and improve their skills to service clients well through flow activities. Finally, this research discovers that flow activities not only affect the operation of the Chi Mei museum directly, but also the achievements result in strong corporate image and reputation to Chi Mei Group.
